1 wholewheat roll with gouda cheese and 1 and a half low fat sausages (514 calories), couscous salad x 2 - for lunch & dinner (470 calories), 1 yoghurt (160 calories), 3 biscuits (140 calories) - total: 1284 calories

25 minutes HIIT (220 calories), weights - 5kg dumbells; 3 x 12 full squats, 3 x 12 deadlifts, 3 x 12 walking lunges, 3 x 12 benchpress (just the barbell), 3 x 12 dips, 4kg dumbells; 3 x 12 bent over row, 3 x 12 dumbell kickback, 3 x 12 dumbell concentration curl

a pretty awful day as far as my diet is concerned - i had a picnic with friends which is why it’s a bit haphazard! i did try though, with my couscous salad & wholewheat roll!

museli with vanilla yoghurt & strawberries x 2 - for breakfast and dinner! i was lazy today… (676 calories). salad with lettuce, cucumber, red peppers, spring onion, 2 boiled eggs, feta cheese & balsamico dressing (379 calories), half a bonfire sausage (200 calories?) - total: 1255 calories
